Registration Guidelines:

• Registration is mandatory for speakers, delegates and students presenting papers/posters.
• Registration cannot be transferred.
• A delegate can attend/register only one workshop.
• Provide us your updated email id & mobile number (Preferred WhatsApp Number), As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
• Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
• Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
• It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure
• Only 1 registration per UTR / Demand Draft would be accepted, if there are multiple registrations in 1 transfer, it would be considered as Trade Registration and fees would apply accordingly.
• Organizers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deem fit.

Booking Guidelines (Terms & Conditions):

• Delegate is required to send the accommodation reservation form along with the cheque / DD / NEFT deposit slip.
• Buffet breakfast at designated restaurants /space allotted of the respective hotels.
• The room rates listed are on per room per night basis.
• The room rates are valid from 23rd September to 29th September 2026 during the IAOHNS 2026 JAIPUR. Rooms for pre or post conference dates will be confirmed as per availability.
• Extra bed on request – with additional charges, as applicable.
• The rates are exclusive of Airport Transfers, Tips, Laundry, Meals not mentioned, Room Service, Mini bar, phone bills or any other services not mentioned above.
• Room check-in / check-out time is 14:00 /12:00 hrs. In case of early arrival, room (s) to be booked from previous day for immediate occupancy.
• Taxes will be applicable as per government mandate, any change would be updated and the room occupant would be liable to pay.
• The booking would be guaranteed only after receipt of 100% advance payment (Non-Refundable & Non-Adjustable).
• Rooms will be allotted on a "first come first serve basis" and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Child Policy : As per hotel policy.
• Note :
  • All guest must carry a valid photo ID proof at the time of check in.
  • Hotel may ask for credit card guarantee to cover any incidental expenses.

Cancellation Policy:

• 25% refund for cancellations before 15th August, 2026.
• No cancellation or refund requests will be acceptable after that.
• The refund process will begin only after 45 days of completion of the conference
